Terri Lynn Haygood

Terri, age 57, of McDonald, passed away comfortably in her home on January 6, 2019. She was born on September 15, 1961 to Linda and the late Jackie Wiliams  of Ooltewah, Tennessee and lived in McDonald, Tennessee from the time she married her loving husband Joey in November of 1982 until she went to be with the Lord.  She was a loving, amazingly devoted mother, Mimi and wife that enjoyed to cook, garden, vacations to the beach, spending time with family and her dog Delilah. She was a prime example of a strong woman of faith and strength that never let any obstacle in her life slow her down.

She is survived by her loving husband Joey; son Matthew; daughter in law Britney; granddaughter Brinley; grandson Slate; mother Linda; mother in law Linda; sister in laws Barbara, Rhonda, Janice, Tammy; brother in laws Ronnie, Tim, Jimmy; life long best friend Shara and her dog Delilah. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we know she is dancing in the Kingdom of Heaven with her late grandparents Meme and Papa.  

A celebration of life will be held at her residence in the Spring of 2019 when the flowers start to bloom to celebrate her beautiful life.

The family would also like to send a very heartfelt Thank You to Stacey Kinsey for going above and beyond in the final months.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Spinal Research foundation, St. Jude or Chattanooga Hospice
