Roger David Morris

Roger David Morris, 62, of Charleston passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at his home after a long battle with lung cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Morris and his siblings, Betty Miller and Gene Morris.

Survivors include his son, David Morris and wife Michelle and his daughter, Alesha Jones and husband Alonza. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Lawson, Ellen Ross, and Sandy Morris and his brothers, Leonard Morris, Phil Morris and James Morris. He leaves behind six grandchildren, Isaiah, Jalyn, Sebastian, and Hannah Morris and Loveayah, and Abigail Jones, several nephews, nieces and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 12, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Keith Street Ministries, 4000 Keith Street NW, Cleveland, TN 37312. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the church with Jason Dasher officiating.
