Florence Lucile Owen

Florence Lucile Owen, 83, of Cleveland, TN, passed on May 11, 2025. Born June 18, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, she lived the majority of her life in the Tampa Bay area of Florida before moving to Cleveland, TN. Her interests included sewing, arts and crafts and spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Tennessee. She also enjoyed having pets and was especially fond of her long-time cat Meego.

She is preceded in death by her parents Hildred Lucile Hall Owen and Charles Fred Owen, her sister Ruth Owen, and her eldest daughter Connie Elaine Patterson.

Her surviving relatives include children Robert Patterson, Terrie Newman, Nancy Brice, and Sara Burke, grandchildren Jason, Danielle, Jeni, Drew, Zac, Brian and McKenna, and great-grandchildren Sous, Rivy, Dominique, Alex, and Luca.

The family will hold a private memorial service in June to celebrate her life.
