Betty Stepp Munn

  Betty Stepp  Munn, age 94, of Canton, Georgia, formerly of Cleveland, departed this life on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at her residence. Born in Cleveland on July 10, 1924 to the late Riley and Willa Mae Barrett Stepp, she was a longtime resident of Bradley County and moved 2 ½ years ago to Georgia to be closer to her family. She was retired from Duracell after twenty plus years of service and was and longtime member of North Cleveland Church of God and was active in the Crusader Choir and the Peacemakers Sunday School Class. Betty loved to fish and spend time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Munn; and siblings, Cecil Stepp, Lebron  Stepp, Lela Tanner, J.D. Stepp, Edith Exiley.

 Betty is survived by her sons, Don(Linda) Munn of Woodstock, Georgia  and Chris(Allan) Munn of Roswell, Georgia; grandchildren, Donita (Marc) Walker and Nathan(Stephanie) Munn; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Ansley, Mason, Carter, and Mckenzie; her brother Doyle(Loucile)Stepp. Several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends also survive.

A Celebration of Life and Home going will be held at 2p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 from the Dixon Chapel of North Cleveland Church of God with Pastor Travis Porter officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1p.m. until the funeral hour at the church on Friday.
