Gwynne Allen Standridge

                  Gwynne Allen Standridge, 73, of Etowah, passed away Friday morning, April 15, 2016 at his residence doing what he loved, walking his dog.

                  A native of Etowah, he was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Mae Lewallen, father, Fred Ondus Standridge, daughter, Tammy Marlene Standridge, and step son, Jonathan Bartholomew, grandsons, Christopher and Shane Standridge.

                  Survivors include his wife, Linda Bartholomew; two sons, Dirk and Gary Standridge; one daughter, Wendy Strickland, step daughter, Noelle DeStafano; three brothers, Don, Terry, and Mike Standridge; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Standridge shared lots of coffee time with a special friend, Mr. Fred Mears.

                  A memorial service will be held at East View Baptist Church Tuesday, April 19th from 5-7pm with Barry Williams officiating. The family will receive friends during this time.
