Cristi Dawn Wells

Cristi Dawn Wells, age 46, of Etowah, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017.  Born on October 2, 1970 to the late J.M. Wells and Mary Cornett, she was  a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County.

 Cristi is survived by her daughter, MaryAnn  Jewel Wells, of Etowah; step-daughter, Megan Burkhardt of Knoxville; sisters, Lorrie  Ann Bryan of Athens, Donna Lynn Lingerfelt of Athens, Glenda Faye Wells of Athens, and Kay Dingess and husband Mark of Etowah; and step-father, Ray Cornett of Knoxville. Several nieces, nephews, and other extended family also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017 with Brother Justin Howard officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends from 1-3p.m. on Friday prior to the service.
