Eva Pauline Stewart

Eva “Pauline” Stewart, age 81, of Etowah, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at her residence.  She was born on December 25, 1935 to the late Charles Robert  and Mary Jane Brock Sneed. She was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County and attended the East Etowah First Church of God. She enjoyed flowers, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.

Pauline is preceded by her parents; first husband, Jimmy Shugart; second husband, Ronnie Stewart; sister, Inell Martin; brother Eugene Sneed; Infant brother Millard Sneed; and nephew Dillard Sneed.

Survivors include one daughter, Elaine (Kenny) Stewart of Etowah; one son, Stephen (Rena) of Etowah; five grandchildren, Shelby Stewart, Josh Brown, Jimmy Stewart, Jeremy (Deanna) Stewart and Jason (Lacy) Stewart; five great grandchildren, Joseph Stewart, Jalynn Stewart, Carly Stewart, Luke Stewart, and Tilly Stewart; one brother, Arlie Joe (Linda) Sneed of Etowah; and several nieces and nephews and other extended family.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Green Hill Cemetery with Bro. Doyle Lloyd officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.
