Brandi Shea Rasnake

Brandi Shea Russell Rasnake, age 42, of Athens, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Sweetwater Hospital.   She was born to Philip Haney and Lollie Mae Jones Haney on October 27, 1975, in Wurzburg, Germany. 

Brandi is a lifelong resident of McMinn County and a member of Eastview Baptist Church.  She was a 1994 graduate of McMinn Central High School, and was previously employed with Collins & Aikman.  She loved traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her loving dog “Hitch”.

She is preceded in death by her father, Philip Haney; her paternal grandparents, Bruce and Eliza Haney; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Betty Jones; one brother, Shannon Russell and one sister, Stacey Russell Strickland.

Survivors include her fiance’ Randell Hall of Englewood; her mother, Lollie Jones Haney of Athens; two future sons, Tyson Hunter Hall, and Ryan Landon Hall; one sister, Mickey Jo Hardin of Athens; one brother Philip Bruce Haney of Athens; three special nephews, William Joseph Harmon, Ashton Gage Harmon, Zebulen Gary Hardin; two aunts, Helen & Buddy Ferrell, Betty & Delano Steadman of Calhoun; special cousins, David Parrott of Colorado & Derek Parrott of Calhoun; special friends, Michelle Hall and Sissy Blankenship; with several cousins & extended family as well. 

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date to be held at the Everlasting Life Baptist Church in Englewood.
