David Randall Womac

  David Randall Womac, age 43, of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, June13, 2018 at his residence.  A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, he loved fishing, working in the woods, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Hodges and Nancy Womac.

Survivors include his wife, Amy Ogle of Athens; daughter, Ashley Babbitt of Atlanta; stepchildren, Christopher Hammonds of Georgia, Brandon Stewart of Athens, Miles Ogle of Athens, Madison Ogle of Athens,  and Danielle Clayton of Etowah; brother, Bobby Allen Cornett of Pell City , Alabama ; step-sister, Alda Ray Lynn Jones of Westfield, Florida; and step-brother, Johnny Hodges of Taylorsville, Georgia.
