Brittany Ann Leamon, age 26, of Englewood, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday evening November 15, 2018 at Starr Regional Medical Center in Etowah. Born on July 8, 1992, she was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County and attended McMinn County High School. She loved riding mechanical bulls, visiting the Cherokee Indians and watching movies.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Leamon; and great-grandparents, Clarence and Elizabeth Land and Arlie and Nell Miller.
Survivors include her mother, Jennifer Cheek of Etowah, brother, Joby Cheek of Cleveland; grandparents, Rose Ann and Tommy Miller of Englewood; Aunts and Uncles, Chad and Stephanie Rhyne of Etowah and Jimmy and Brandy Miller of Englewood; cousins, Kyle Webb, Kelby Rhyne, Kayla Miller, and Emily Land; and several extended family members.
A Celebration of Life and Home going for Brittany will be held at 7p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2018 from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home with Pastor Donna Devine officiating.
Graveside services will be at 1p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Conasauga Cemtery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
