Helen Jane Fox Deal

Helen Jane Fox Deal, age 84, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at a local healthcare facility.  She was born in Iowa and spent a majority of her life in Illinois before moving to Cleveland in 2013.  Helen was of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Leon Deal, two sons Robert Glen Cox, Jr. and Ernest Lee Cox, parents, James Fox and Violet Mae Pennell-White, brother Harold Fox, sister, Sharon Hubbard.

Helen is survived by her six children, Vickie Lynn (Kenny) Deeter of Cleveland, TN; Janie Diane (Dale) Shaffer of Cleveland, TN; Debra Jean (Michael) Young of Quincy, IL; Janet Leone Deal, Quincy, IL; Angel Dawn (Mitchell) Dalton of Dalton, GA; Eddie Leon (Carolyn) Deal of Cresthill, IL; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Robert Donald (Lonita) of Quincy, IL, Robert David (Ellie) Fox of Quincy, IL, William Benge (Erma) of Quincy, Il; several nieces and nephews and other extended family members also survive.

The family will be receiving friends at Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home from 1-3p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015 with a Memorial service to follow officiated by Pastor Charles Moore.
