Joseph Farbo

Joseph Farbo, age 55, passed away at a local hospital on Tuesday, December 22, 2015.  He was born in Chicago and had lived in Polk County since 2009.  Joseph was of the Catholic faith.  He loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Patricia Consalvo Farbo, and his niece Tara Wright.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Farbo of Benton; His three children, Amber Farbo of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Matthew McKinney of Cleveland, Joseph McKinney of Chicago, IL.; four grandchildren, Xzavier McKInney, Sierra McKinney, Ian Farbo, Jaxon Farbo, two sisters; Vicki (Rick) Steinbrieng of Branson, MO; Denice (Gene) Wright of Crystal Lake, IL.; several nieces and nephews and other family members also survived.

Family will receive friends and family from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with a service to follow.
