Glen A. Mason, age, 77, of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at a Sevierville, TN hospital. Born June 9, 1939 in Ducktown, to the late James and Vernie Payne Mason, he had spent a majority of his life in Bradley County. He was a longtime member of North Cleveland Baptist Church and retired from M&M Mars after 20 years of service. Glen was a 55 year member of Charleston Lodge #484 F & AM, and a longtime member of the Alahambra Shrine and Scottish Rite. Glen enjoyed hot rod cars, impersonating Elvis and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sister, Helen Kimsey ; and brothers, Don Mason and Bill Mason.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Dorothy Revis Mason, of Cleveland; son, Jim Mason and wife Judy of Cleveland; daughter, Karyn Eubanks and husband Rusty of Benton ; grandchildren, Jess Brown and husband Michael of Maryville, Nick Mason and wife Cheyna of Monterrey, VA, Josh Eubanks and Nikki of Benton and Stephanie Eubanks of Benton, Felicia Delk of Cleveland; and great- grandchildren Lauren Mason , James Mason , and Kamden Eubanks. Several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members also survive.
A celebration of Life and Home going for Glen Mason will be held at 7p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at North Cleveland Baptist Church with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating.
Family and friends will assemble at 2p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the funeral home for a Masonic Service and then proceed to Hilcrest Memorial Gardens for the 3p.m. committal service.
The family will receive friends from 5-7p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at North Cleveland Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the North Cleveland Baptist Church music program.
