Pamela Kaye Simons

Pamela Kaye Bryant Simons, age 60, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 at a local hospital.

Pam was retired from Bradley Healthcare and Rehab where she worked as a dedicated nurse for 38 years. She was an active member of Restoration Fellowship and had a huge church family that she loved.  In addition to her passion for helping others, she loved to garden and play the piano when she was able.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Carl “Peanut” and Mae Bryant; in-laws, Robert L. Simons, Vida Simons Wilson and Clyde Wilson; sisters-in-law, Norma J. Bryant and Brenda Simons; brothers-in-law, Wendell Simons and Frank Sutton.

Survivors include, her husband of 37 years and also the love of her life, Kenneth Simons; the lights of her life, her son, Matthew Tyler Simons and her grandsons, Parker and Lukas Simons.

Also surviving are her siblings, David (Wanda) Bryant of Decatur, Ronnie (Peggy) Bryant of Ooltewah and Cathy (Donnie) Smith of Spring City; sisters- in law, Sandra Sutton of Cleveland and Janet Simons of Boaz, AL; brother-in-law, Joe Simons of Boaz; several special nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Restoration Fellowship, 211 Trewhitt Dr. SE, Cleveland, on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 4-7 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will follow at 7:00 p.m.  Pastor and friend, John A. Looper will officiate.

Interment will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Red Hill Cemetery.  Jeff Thompson, Steve McClure, Bobby Stephens, Heath Smith, Bryson Bayles and Randy Stephens will serve as pallbearers.  A dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
