Fannie Underhile

Fannie Underhile, age 73, a resident of Decatur passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 at her residence.

Fannie was born to James and Opal Ratledge in Englewood, TN.  She moved to Illinios where she lived most of her life.  After retirement from Quebor in Mt. Morris, IL, Fannie moved to Decatur, TN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Lee Paige; a brother, William Ratledge; sisters, Lynn Clapper, Alice Goins and Diane Strickland.

Survivors include her dear friend, Neal Ridgeway; daughter, Frances Spangler of Decatur; Geraldine (Albert) Martin of Decatur; son, Terry Wagner of Orange Park, FL; grandson, Matthew Martin of Decatur; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Shawna and Chad Green of Athens; three great grandchildren; siblings, James (Willie) Ratledge of Polo, IL, Mike Ratledge of Forreston, IL, Larry (Bernice) Ratledge of Mt. Morris, IL, Bernice (Mike) Gunning of Butternut, WI, Tammy (Donald) Craver of Decatur and Nancy (Mike) Kinmon of Ten Mile, TN.

A private memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
