Steven Jarrett

Dr. Steven U. Jarrett, 66, a resident of Cleveland, passed this life peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at his residence.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Melanie Jarrett.

He is survived by his wife, Editha F. Jarrett of Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law: Lili and Barry Crohn; grandchildren: Katelynne Crohn and Morgan Crohn, all of Atlanta, Ga.; and siblings: Neva Johnson, Judy Morales, Raymond Jarrett Jr. and Kay Blankenship.

A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at 6 p.m. at Berean Baptist Church, 2355 Bucks Pocket Road S.E. in Old Fort, with Pastor John Smith officiating.

Serenity Grissom Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
