Garry Lee Gilliland

Garry Lee Gilliland, 60, of Georgetown passed away at his home on Monday, August 21, 2017.  He lived his entire life in the Cleveland and Georgetown area and was employed at the Charleston Trucking Company where he was a driver.

He was preceded in death by his father, James L. Gilliland.

Survivors include his wife, Alma Williams Gilliland; son, Sam Gilliland and wife, Erica of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Amanda Gilliland of Denham Springs, LA; grandchildren, Peyton, Raven, Jack, and Bruce; mother, Virginia Thompson; brothers, Jerry Gilliland, Richard Gilliland and wife, Tina; and numerous other family members.

The funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017, in the chapel at Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home with the Reverend Paul Breedwell officiating. Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery at White Oak.

His family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
