Franklin Taylor

Charles Franklin Taylor, 77, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at his home.  He was the son of the late Lucille Miller Taylor and James L. Taylor.  Franklin was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.

He was the founder and owner of Springdale Air Conditioning Company for 30 years.  After retirement his enjoyment was farming and selling produce at Lamon Farms.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmie Taylor and sister, Wanda Watson.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sue Lamon Taylor; daughter, Monica Hill (Jerry) of Lenoir City; son, Conrad Taylor (Carol) of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Taylor Hill, Jacob Hill, Emily Taylor, Benjamin Taylor and Samuel Taylor; one great grandson, Lincoln Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Tasso Methodist Cemetery with Pastor Mike Hazlewood officiating.

His family will receive friends from 5:00–8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Serenity of Cleveland Funeral Home
