William Richard McKeon

Bill McKeon age 83, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday morning, October 13, 2018, at his residence.  Born on November 14, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Cleveland 18 years ago and was a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church. Bill loved music and had a passion for laying the piano and was an avid woodworker.  He loved spending time with his family especially his granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ann Daly McKeon and several siblings.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Pat Nolan McKeon of Cleveland; daughter, Maureen Goncalves and her fiancé John Borst of Cleveland; son Michael McKeon of Cleveland; granddaughters, Melissa Goncalves of Mt. Juliet and Julia Goncalves of Cleveland; and a brother James McKeon and wife Mary of Rockaway, New Jersey. Several nieces, nephews and other extended family also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11a.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 from the Chapel of Serenity Funeral Home with Father Mike Nolan officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends from 5-8p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
